About Indy’s Food Co-Op: In September 2017 we got a crazy idea to start a buying club with some friends. We wanted to be able to feed our families the freshest, most affordable, organic fruits and veggies. Our first few months of orders were delivered to Odessa’s front porch. Word spread and we quickly outgrew that small space and then relocated to the Irvington Ice House. In December of 2018, we moved to the Circle City Industrial Complex and just added an indoor winter farmers market. We had a wonderful first farmers market season and looking forward to transitioning into summer. In May of 2019, we leased our very own space for the Indy’s Community Food Co-Op, and plan to have a small fresh foods market. This will also become the home of the East Side Marketspace in the future. As you can see we are always ever-evolving. It’s all been a dream come true to be able to serve our communities with affordable organic produce as well as making connections with local farmers and businesses to offer their products too. We appreciate you all and look forward to serving more people as we grow!
