Since 2004 we’ve helped thousands of central Indiana residents get stronger and healthier in only 20 Minutes A Week. Our approach incorporates slow movement strength training, simple nutritional habits, and one-on-one coaching.
Our four central Indiana studios are private—we never see more than three clients at a time.
Since 2013, we’ve helped our clients lose more than 30,000 pounds. We’ve also helped many of our clients lower their blood pressure, improve their cholesterol, control their blood sugar, and improve their bone mineral density.
