Long, long ago in a place far, far away… Will Barnes opened his first pizza place in Northwest Indiana (“The Region”). Combining the knowledge gained from all the ethnic eateries in the Chicago area with the skills he learned from his Mom, who cooked with fresh vegetables from her garden and insisted on the best flavors and quality, Will developed his own pizza dough and sauce recipes. The rest is history. WB Pizza opened in Indianapolis in November of 1999. The specialty of the house is the Grant Park Pizza. Named after the park in Chicago, it’s best as a deep dish pie with the homemade red sauce. Another favorite is the Le Marche named after the region in Italy. We also serve pasta dinners, sandwiches (on our own sourdough bread), salads – no bagged lettuce mix here, appetizers, kids meals, dessert and beer and wine. We have lunch specials, too. We are known for our friendly service, great food, and classic rock & roll music. We like to think of our customers as friends and Will says the special ingredient in his food is love.
