Why is my membership cancelled?
  • Why is my membership cancelled? Our payment system now alerts you when you payment is declined. If a payment is missed, your membership will be “cancelled” in the system. Don’t worry, your listing won’t come down for 30 days, but we will need you to update your billing information to continue your membership. If you have a question, just ask.

    If you are reading this while logged in and see “Renew Membership” in the top menu, click “Renew Membership” to get started.
